These premium international spirits brands were enjoying strong success in some markets, but were struggling to achieve consistent success across a wider range of markets. 

Working with the global brand teams, Donogh developed for each brand a clear and focussed global growth strategy and identified the key activation programmes to drive growth. This was converted into a simple and user-friendly “code for growth” document, which inspired the global brand community to believe in the strategy and gave them a clear formula on how they could grow the brand in their market. 

Market investment models were also developed as guidance for markets at different stages of development.
